Registration for the 2023-24 school year will take place after June 7, 2023
Step 1: Fill out Student information, Activity, and Parent/Guardian Information.
Step 2: Read and acknowledge reading WIAA Athletic Eligibility Information Bulletin, Co-Curricular Handbook, and Concussion Facts.
Step 3: Fill out the Parent & Athlete Authorization Form.
Step 4: Each student-athlete must have a WIAA Sports Physical Card on file at your respective school. Please print off the form and bring it to the doctor's office when you have the appointment. Have the doctor complete the form and return it to the school office.
- Note: Physical examination taken April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years; physical examination taken before April 1 is valid only for the remainder of that school year and the following school year. 2023-24 sports physicals must be dated 4-1-2023 or later. https://www.wiaawi.org/Portals/0/PDF/Forms/PPE-form.pdf

Note: If you are participating in multiple sports, an activity fee for each sport will need to be paid. That can be sent directly to the Roncalli business office or done online from the FACTS account.
The High School All-Sports Parent & Athlete meeting for all athletes and parents participating in a fall sport will be held at the High School on Wednesday, August 2, at 6:00 p.m. The Fall sports meeting with your coaches will take place at this time. This will occur at Roncalli High School. Please make sure you go through the slide show this will take place of the general sports meeting. Please find the pdf below.

The Middle School All-Sports Parent & Athlete meeting for all Fall athletes and parents will be held on Wednesday, August 9, at 6:00 p.m. This will occur at Roncalli High School.
